"The worst dentist ever. They broke my dentures and was very disrespectful about it. Poor customer service. The make plenty of mistakes and past the blame. You can never speak to corporate to complain for serious complaints. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!"
"They are very unprofessional, and not well educated. They tried to charge me $500 to fill four cavities 2 of which still have a filling in the tooth and the other two just needed to be touched up. Also pulled a whole bunch or teeth and then proceeded to say they were done and could no longer help. 100% do not recommend. But the place across the street 300 fredrick road #101 they are great and very professional."
"I called Big and Little Smiles early yesterday afternoon, as I had broken a tooth. I did not expect to be seen immediately, but the woman I talked with on the phone (Emily?) told me they would like to get that taken care of for me right away, even though I was a new patient. So, by 3:00, I was sitting in the dentist's chair, with Dr. Dawn and her assistant taking excellent care of me. My husband and I have not been to the dentist for several years, due to unpleasant experiences we had with a hygienist where we used to go. I was so happy with the care I received here, from the moment I was greeted as I walked into the bright, clean waiting room to good-byes as I left. I have definitely found our new dentist!"
"This dentist office is like no other. Dr.Hanna is amazing. She takes her time to explain everything to you and answer any questions. She is the best dentist ever and I will continue to travel to see her. I make an hour and a half commute and I will forever for this office! All of the staff makes you feel so comfortable and very knowledgeable. So grateful I have found this place."
"I am new to this dentist office. I love it there. There are many appointment options. All of the staff are professional, friendly, and made me feel like I had been attending for years. The front desk personnel are patient and efficient and call you by name join entering. My actual dentist is amazing. She is patient and remembers me from the previous visit. The location is safe and good for me. There is plenty of free parking."
