"A friend of mind worked there he complained about how the rent is high six persons to a house one as to sleep in the dinning area they give u inflatable bed to sleep on they shorten your pay and give you less hours if your there for 3 months you’ll never stop paying them bills until your ready to leave worst company ever I wouldn’t advice anyone to take their offer ….. modern day slavery ….."
"This company is something that you dont want to try neither as an employer or the pool company you want to maintain your pool. One story and agreement before you arrive, the other when you get there. Keep away from this company, especially from a guy named Bob, who is incharge there instead of his mother in law who is the owner. Embarrassing."
"DO NOT even try to work here, even if it just for a seasonal job. A friend of mine declined her offer, because the housing terms were just outrageous. $600USD per month to use an inflatable mattress and 3 people per room? are you serious!!!!! on the other side, be prepared to work under the sun all day long, they do not pay overtime, because they are exempt for it, so be prepared to work 12 hours per day without making the overtime after 2 weeks...these people should NOT be hiring J1's or H2B's, apparently they do not even know the law or they believe they are too "smart" to fool these poor people... this company deserves to be closed."
"My son worked for this company last summer and it was really good company to work. He had very two very good supervisors. However, its HR is really a joke. They sent out job application online with a non-secure server. This is in violation of confidentiality its employees personal information. This could result a huge reliability to the company itself in addition to its own employees Update The company is responsive to my concern -- and it has fixed the job application portal --- for that I have the review revised."
"I liked working for Sunset Pools last summer of 2020. I was looking for a job since I graduated college last spring. The office staff, regional manager, and cluster supervisors were great at managing people. I have been a lifeguard, pool manager, and roving operator(managers substitute) in the past years. The apartment complex pools worked out well to lifeguard as I wanted a job with minimal supervision and a supervisor oversees me at my worksite. I was new to this company this summer and I had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend working for this pool company."
