"Overall good experiences. I have been to all of their offices, including Columbia before it closed. Scheduling is frustrating because you have to schedule 6 months in advance to get an evening appointment. I ultimately had to switch away from the Eldersburg office because they all but eliminated their evening hours. It is also strange and frustrating that you can't go back and forth between the offices. We happen to live in between them and sometimes one is more convenient than the other. But you have to officially transfer all of your records to switch. Most of the staff are great, very friendly. The only exception to that is Dawn, who is consistently rude and unhelpful."

The entire support staff and dental assistants are likewise friendly and attentive. The facility is bright, clean, and inviting. Highly, highly recommend."
