"My PM, Tyler Koch, took great care and continues to take care of me. He continues to be my source of information pertaining to maintenance and operation of my pool. I’d request him if ever had another pool built. I’d recommend him to anyone I knew who was interested in having a pool built. Utmost professional!! Break Now that my pool is complete, here we are in JANUARY of a new year and my cover has not been delivered and installed. This is what they have given me as a temporary cover. However A&S contracts my pool cover too is INCOMPETENT at best. My pool opened in Sep 2023, here we are 4 months later and STILL no cover. It has been measured THREE TIMES for the cover. It’s an eye sore, and insanely frustrating that I can’t get a straight answer as to the status of my cover. I LOVE my pool, but the process has been an awful $125K nightmare which continues!!! I cannot continue to let this go. It needs to be known for future pool investors. I didn’t know to ask questions about closing the pool and pool covers. Now you do! Hope I helped somebody!"

"while a very stressful experience the pool was finally completed and came out beautiful. The quality was excellent and special thanks to Teresa Spakoski who was always patient, responsive, helpful and a great resource person. Couldnt have kept my sanity without her help and counseling. The supervisors and crews all worked hard and diligent during the COVID months to get it done. Anthony Sylvan does stand by there work as do there subcontractors. I had an issue with the pavers and they fixed it. I recomend them highly."

"Updated Review- We love our pool. If you are thinking about building a pool, brace yourself. We ran into a few issues. Thankfully, all issues were resolved except the holes in my new gate. Teri (Theresa) is amazing!!! If it is under her control, she will handle it. She always responds and is very professional. Loren came out and, in one day, fixed the issues we were waiting for months to be resolved. Loren was really nice and taught us a few things about our pool. Keith was also very nice and fixed our salt chlorine generator in one day. I knew the issues shouldn't have taken long to resolve, but they did. At first, everyone (not those mentioned above) was nice, but when we had issues, we were ignored. Tyler was our project manager and never really knew what was going on. They started our pool in December 2022 and finished in July 2023. We actually filled our pool in May, but still had issues that needed to be resolved. If you feel like they are not listening, find the person above them. Overall, we love our pool and will do it again! Can't forget about Tom, if it wasn't for him I would have gone to another pool company. I remembered him from my first estimate in 2020. He was very honest. I only wished he would have shared details with the additional pricing. For example, I wanted a row of tile along the stairs and black tiles. Tell the customer the price and let them decide. Finally, Lesley was fabulous. I was frustrated by the time I spoke to customer service, and she got the right people to fix the issues quickly."
