"anyone who answers the phone very rude they don’t make the prices of handling your car or retrieval of your belongings clear at all. ver shady to and rude and short. wouldn’t let me get a scentence out and acted like i was stupid because i didn’t know what a reclaim form is. this establishment should not be in business. if i could’ve rated 0 stars i would have. all of these bad reviews are very accurate to this establishment and all the positive ones are obviously either paid for, they’re employees, or people who have enough money to spare for the issue and didn’t mind there upcharging because they’re problem was resolved to there satisfaction… does not relaxer on the professional nature of this establishment whatsoever."
