"The doctor called in my 2 children's flu medication at 1 Pm. I went to pick it up around 5:30. I get up to the desk they told me it wasn't ready, but would be in 20 minutes. I proceeded to go shopping, and came back roughly 35 minutes later. After standing in line another 10 minutes. The pharmacy tech then proceeded to tell me they didn't have the insurance from my youngest, and would need another 30 minutes to fill it. I then wait in my truck for another 35-40 minutes. At this time it's roughly 6:45. I finally get the medication. I then go home to find out that they even mix the medication!"
"The pharmacists, Kent and Stacey, have personally called trying to locate prescriptions for me that had been lost in the system. They know my overall medical history and stay up to date on my current medications, and vaccines. My medications are always ready in a timely fashion, if they are in stock and if it isn’t in stock, which is rare, they have it for me within a day or two. If you are looking for a pharmacy in the Grafton area I believe the Grafton Walmart Pharmacy is a good solid choice."
