"This was my first dentist experience since i moved to usa. I did had Dr. Hugo M. 4 years., and he was the best, made me feel safe( I had previous trauma from dentists), he knew how to talk to me, and how to go above and beyond to make my visits pleasant. I did had unpleasant experience with the front desk, feel like i own them and that I'm nothing but dirt to them. When i ask questions about my bills they acted like this is how it has to be. When recently i received a mail that said in 10 days my bill was going to a collection. ( I've paid my bills on time. Same days unless they tell me that they will bill me after they check in with my insurance.) Long story shor( 4 month of sending me mails that I've never received,they did send me a message asking me for a my address on December 8th, got the mail on December 15( on the 18th will be the day of "collection") Weekend on at this point.) I've had a filling that feel off after 2 or 3 months , they said it will be free, yet they lay a claim on my insurance.Which in result i have to pay it."
"I’ve always been afraid of coming to the dentist. Dr Ashton is wonderful. He does a shot with no pain. I am definitely a lot more relaxed with him. The only negative thing I can say is front staff should be more discreet in discussing bills they could have called me ahead of time, I thought I had it all worked out was payments before I got there, but both insurance companies I had are the same coverage so they did know I felt very uncomfortable, discussing with people in the office However, I very much appreciate Dr Ashton, letting me work out payments"
"Check-in was efficient. I was taken to the exam room on time. My hygienist was pleasant and professional. Dr. Ashton saw me in a timely fashion and provided an assessment and recommendations that made sense to me. The facility was spotless and seemed well-equipped."
