"After having a dental procedure done, I needed after hour support. I left numerous messages and never received a call back. Even when business hour opened no one ever called me. I did have a standing appointment several days later. After going to the dentist, I they discovered I had an infection that had to be treated. Follow up.After completing my meds, I am having an issue with a tooth in front of where the procedure was done. Called the on-call support, this time I did speak with someone and was told he would send a message to the office for someone to follow up with me. Bottom line-No one ever called me to set up anything! Contact the office on Sat. morning to set up my own appointment. I am uncertain about other peoples experiences, but you may want to find aa doctor who cares more about their patients."
