"Our 3 month old Hayward variable speed super pump started leaking from the bottom, indicating a seal leak. We purchased this pump from BackyardPoolSuperstore on Amazon who were rudely unhelpful referring me to the Hayward web site for assistance which was about as helpful as being dropped in the middle of the ocean and told to find your way home. I called several local pool services companies and was only able to reach people that had to check with others and wait for call backs. Then I found and called Aquaman Pool Service where the service manager, Chris, answered the phone. He understood exactly what my problem was and said they could schedule and replace the seal. He suggested I call the Hayward service representative for the mid-Atlantic and gave me his name and mobile phone number. I called the rep, Bobby, and he answered his phone, asked me to text a picture of the model and serial number sticker on the pump which I did while he was on the phone. He approved the warranty repair. Called Chris at Aquaman back and he said Hayward was sending the repair parts by FEDEX and scheduled the repair for 2 days later. Justin and his assistant arrived and made the repair in less than an hour and the pump leak is fixed! I can’t say enough good about finding Aquaman Pool Services. For my situation they understood my problem, directed me exactly whom to reach to resolve the problem and followed through with an experienced service technician and assistant to do the repair quickly and expertly. Aquaman Pool Services process is a model of excellence."

Aquaman actually fixed many of the issues the contractor failed to fix and they were extremely patient and understanding with us as clients.
