"Truly the best place to by a hot tub and all of your supplies! Karen and Chris have been absolutely fabulous. Their communication has always been prompt and courteous. They sell great quality products and their interest in getting you the model that will best meet your needs shows their integrity. They didn't try to sell me the most expensive hot tub; I actually went to a larger model on my own! There were some accessories/add ons available and they were honest about what made sense and really what I did not need. Whenever I have had questions, they are great at getting back to me. On Christmas eve, I had an intermittent power outage for 18 hours when it was very cold and I was concerned about the lines freezing or a power surge damaging the electronics and Chris got back to me right away to alleviate my concerns and share with me how to handle. I'm actually heading to see Karen at Sunshine Spas today or tomorrow to pick up some chemicals for my hot tub. They are honest and their prices are fair! Head there and you will be taken care of and treated with respect."

She walked we through exactly what I needed to do, gave me some pointers moving forward and told me to bring water back to be tested again. We will certainly be regular customers moving forward. "Bad attitude from the woman (Karen?) at the counter in December 2021. Evidently I didn't measure up to her standards, but little does she know that I could have been easily coaxed into purchasing a better hot tub than I had, but she decided to come off as extremely rude and dismissive. She wouldn't answer any questions about hot tub sanitization basics (because I have an inflatable hot tub from Costco evidently), and told me to "read the instructions she provided." Unfortunately for me, the instructions she provided were not specific for the chemicals I purchased so I ended up having to do my own research. Great place to go if you want someone to be totally condescending towards you. Highly recommended to go somewhere else. *Update January 2022 - My experience is similar to other 1 star reviews that you'll find for Sunshine Spa and Pool Supply. There is enough of a pattern here that I think the owners need to reassess how they come across to the general public, unless of course they are okay with it. Some time has passed since my experience at this store, and I'm still not okay with how I was treated there."
