"Zero organization. Twice a week I wait 30 plus minutes for them to find my child. The staff members can often be seen arguing with the kids on a childs level, belittling them and teaching poor communication skills: "clean up after yourselves, youre not 2-year-olds". I share custody and when I call to see if my daughter is there that day they have told me shes not there, I call my daughter and it turns out shes right there at the desk and nobody bothered to call for her or ask. Field trips are a joke. The staff had the wrong date sent our for the field trip, buses are running late and parents were not notified. I have been waiting 45 minutes for my daughter....again. God forbid there ever be an emergency in this building, they can't even keep track of the kids during a normal day. And the staff are ALWAYS SCREAMING at these kids!"
