"My family was disappointed with the CEO (Gloria) for putting her business before the well-being of our children. In June of 2021 the daycare brought on an acting director (Danielle Jennings) to oversee the daycare. After numerous complaints from our children of aggressive physical handling we contacted Gloria to try to resolve the matter. Each time Gloria defended Danielle. We then requested to see video of the latest accusation with our daughter. With clear evidence on the video o abuse the daycare still decided to keep Danielle around other children. CPS conducted an investigation and had an indicated (guilty) finding for abuse & neglect with Danielle. After the meeting when we saw the video CEO refused to answer or return any of our calls. They clearly do not care about children’s well-being."
