Childtime of Bel Air

"Childtime of Bel Air is AMAZING! My husband and I were very nervous about putting our 3 month old into daycare for the first time (especially, my husband, who was raised by a stay-at-home mom), but just after the first week we felt so confident about the incredible care our daughter was receiving there. All the staff are so friendly, experienced, professional, accommodating, and responsive. Even at 3 months old, the staff come up with some great activities and crafts for her to do, while making sure there's enough time for naps and cuddles. The facility itself is so welcoming and runs a like a well oiled machine. They make my job so easy dropping my daughter off with milk for the day and then I leave with such peace of mind because I know she's well taken care of. I can't thank all the dedicated staff members and director for their genuine care and attention to detail."

"This location is absolutely amazing and really cares about parents and children’s well-being and experience. The center Director Stacey is fantastic, knowledgeable and positive. The teachers actually seem to love their jobs unlike other daycare’s. Very happy I am here for my childs care."

"Tried for over a week to enroll my son in their program but unfortunately nobody at the center will answer the phone, respond to an email, or follow up with a request from their website. Had two separate tours scheduled and the director never showed up for either of them. After going back and forth with customer service (who also was unable to get in contact with the daycare!) the woman told us we should probably just look elsewhere since clearly this business is not somewhere you can feel comfortable leaving your child. What if there was an emergency? No way to get in contact at all? Very unsafe and unprofessional. Super disappointed."

"Today in bel air a childtime vehicle was driving behind me on 22. They then got into the left lane. No signal. Passed me, cut me off within a couple feet of my vehicle to then turn right onto 543. Driving very recklessly. No signals and speeding. They then turned into fountain green elem school to drop off students on board of their vehicle. I was concerned they were driving that way with small children on. I figured parents do not pay to have their children being drove by someone clearly in a rush. I called child time to make them aware, because normally a business would be concerned about their employee driving this way… however they said, "thank you" and hung up. No questions about timing or anything. I didnt feel they were going to take my complaint seriously at all, so im coming on here so others can be aware"

"I’m 15 and went their until the beginning of 5th grade it was super fun and everyone is sooooo nice only thing is they took my DS one time and I got my head on a monkey bar but it was fun and good French toast sticks and peas!!!!"
