"I booked a trip with this travel agency in 2021. My trip had to be cancelled due to COVID. My cruise had a 100% money back guarantee. I contacted Danielle and she cancelled my cruise and told me my credit card would be credited for the full amount. She even sent me the cancellation policy. I received part of the credit but not all of it. I've been trying to contact her for months now. I tried emailing her, calling, social media, every way possible but she is not returning my calls. I called the cruise company I they assured me that a full credit was issued to the travel agency. So my guess is that Danielle is keeping my deposit and not sending it to me. Be very careful when booking with this travel agency. They are very quick to sell you a package but when they have your money, they have 0 customer service. I asked around and I'm not the only one with a similar issue with My Hollyday Vacation Travel Agency. BE VERY CAREFUL!!"
