"Bill Onofry, Esq. is the consummate professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and integral. I would highly recommend him (and have) to family, friends, and anyone in need of an honest and fair attorney. He always looks out for the best interests of his clients and treats them with courtesy and respect."

"Unfortunately, my elderly Mother mistakenly trusted Bill Onofry in the representation of her in the sale of her and my Dads life long family business. Mr. Onofry also represented the buyer (total conflict of interest) who literally refuses to pay the mortgage payments owed to my mothers estate even though HE has been paid in full for the property when it burned to the ground 3 years ago and HE collected all of the insurance money. As a lien holder on the property, shouldn’t my mother have been paid off in full then? Hmmmm.. great question for that attorney you keep telling me to hire. Mr. Onofry will not talk to me (the court appointed executor of her estate) will not return a phone call and has been extremely rude. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life. No, you are not my attorney, Mr. Onofry, but you were my Mother’s attorney in this matter and when a client dies, the attorney must protect the interests of the clients estate. You have not upheld your obligation. Honestly, I would have expected way more from you. Why don’t you try doing the right thing for a change. AND IN RESPONSE to your below reply: You quickly changed your tune when I did not hire you to probate the will, therefore the manner in which you spoke to me (rudely) was simply a reflection back on you. The payments are to be made to the estate, which I have been court appointed executor of since last October and which you are well aware of. So why are payments not being made? What is the reasoning for this? I think that shows you are not a neutral party in the situation. You are applying full legal rigor to us yet nothing to the other party. Furthermore, I am not required to hire an attorney to simply speak to you regarding a matter in which you were paid to represent my mother in (which is the only matter I am referencing). I will not expend another ounce of energy on this as I am a firm believer in what you put out in this world..you will get back. I am certain you will both change your tune when it comes time for us to release the satisfaction of mortgage. You have a beautiful day Mr. Onofry."

"My granddaughter has been making sure the attorneys handling her father’s estate are working in the best interest of our family. We are still waiting to hear back from Annie and I am disappointed to hear that Bill hung up the phone on my granddaughter after implying he was not working in the interest of the family. Who are you? If that’s not the case. As the mother of the deceased this settlement has prolonged for 4 years, before the pandemic, leaving wounds unable to heal. I want Annie (who’s been assigned) to get back to myself or one of my oldest grandchildren whom are included in the settlement. Speaking over reviews is not professional or courteous. I’d like for you to return our phone calls. C. Williams"

"My family has experienced a great loss in the death of my father and head of household. Once everything was finalized by the courts, this firm started giving us the run around in regards to receiving the settlement. First, Annie stopped returning calls to only respond through email with new updates to the case that she never encountered in all her years of law. Second, upon calling to speak with Annie I was insulted by Bill Onofry who informed me and I quote “I am not working on your interest, you will not win good luck”. During this time when so much is going on in the world, I would think people would be more in touch with possessing good values and quality service. In the end God, will have the final say."
