"If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Cameron Mericle P.A. left me deeply disappointed. I feel their practices are questionable, and my interactions with them were less than satisfactory. The professionalism at this legal office is subpar, and their communication skills leave much to be desired. I have concerns about their paperwork practices, which, to my perception, may raise questions about their activities. What troubles me is their handling of legal charges, which I find excessive. I believe individuals like Sabrina Hunter, Anjuli Singh, Matthew Lieb, Michele Witherow-Williams, Linda S. Mericle, and Justin Cameron, who work with various HOA and community associations, should be subject to scrutiny to ensure accountability and fairness. During the Covid-19 pandemic, I discovered that Cameron Mericle P.A. received two Coronavirus-related PPP loans from the SBA, totaling $631,073. While they received assistance during this challenging time, I observed they continued legal actions against homeowners. This contradiction is disheartening and raises questions about their practices. This law firm warrants reporting and investigation."

"I'm not typically one to write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Cameron Mericle, P.A., and it's not a positive one. To put it mildly, there's something seriously amiss with this law firm. Describing them as "fraudulent" feels like an understatement; they seem like professional scammers. It appears that their business model revolves around generating revenue through the filing of fraudulent and excessive legal charges, all at the expense of unsuspecting homeowners. What's particularly troubling is their lack of communication, the alleged forgery of paperwork, and their apparent misrepresentation of legal charges. Such practices are unethical and raise significant concerns. In my opinion, it's imperative that Cameron Mericle, P.A. undergoes a thorough investigation to determine the validity of these allegations. Homeowners should not be subjected to such practices, and accountability is crucial when such issues arise."

"There is a lady that works there that is SO LAZY. She literally said "she won't do her job until the end of next day". REALLY? When she literally sits at her office desk, getting PAID to do what she does for only a few hours a day. Her name is KATELYN HOWARD. She was so rude, evil, and condescending. I'm reporting her to the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully she loses her license! There is another lady that works the front desk I don't remember her name. She is SO RUDE and evil. She was snickering at me the whole time I was there. She disconnects the phone on me every time and refuses to assist with any issues I have despite her company constantly collecting money. Their "lawyer" I believe her name is Anjuli Singh is a PREDATORY THIEF. She STEALS homeowner's money and refuses to respond to calls so she can constantly get away with the stealing. I'm reporting this entire company for FRAUD!"

"I have worked with this firm for almost 20 years and found that almost all individuals that complain are the ones who are not paying their condo fee's. If you do not pay your condo fee you create a financial strain on the comunity. You can not live free in this world unless you live in your mothers basement. It is a boards duties to make sure the association stays solvent and that includes going after owners that are not paying the condo fee so if you are complaining about legal actions then simply pay the condo fee. I know many owners that do not even know who the association's lawyer is because they are never contacted by them. If you own a HOA property and have never had a special assessment that required you to pay a specific amount of money in addition to your condo fee then you are lucky and you should thank your board for that. A special assessment is done when your property needs a repair that is not in your budget. It is in the bylaws that this can be done. Without a strong board of directors, management company and legal team a condo association can find itself in a terrible financial situation.."

"I agree, they try to get away with collecting fraudulent legal fees. They came after me after I was completely "paid in full." The case was immediately dismissed in court by them as the plaintiff because they knew they couldn't win. But they're still trying to collect money from me after the dismissal. Now they continue to file false liens against my property. They are totally rude and unprofessional. A title company that tried to contact them said that they were the worst they had ever seen. The wicked shall not prevail; I tread on serpents and scorpions..."
