"Customer service is absolutely horrible. After realizing I paid 179.99 for a floral arrangement that did not look like it should have cost anywhere near that I tried to return it. I waited in a line that wrapped around the store for close to an hour. I expected to get store credit as I could not find my receipt but I did have the credit card I used. Well after having two managers come over I am told they can not take it back because the tag did not match the item. Well this fact just confirms to me that i was overcharged for the item to begin with. So I leave the store and go and search for the receipt which by some miracle I was able to find. I go back to the store but on the way I call to ask the manager if I can not have to stand in the hour long line again. They rudely said no and made me wait in line again. If you had just given me store credit I would have happily spent that and more. But now thanks to the way I was treated I wont be shopping there again."

"It’s brand new store. They have very nice clothes but I don’t see a lot of variety of purses compared to TJ Maxes in the town. Home Goods is as always wonderful and beautiful things to buy even though you don’t need it ☺️"

"The staff was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. They do not make me feel like they cared about the customer at all the way they treated me. Sadly, I live very close to this location and it's a beautiful store, but I will not be going back to this location anytime soon. I am happy to go to any other location besides this one. I have been a Marshalls/TJX card holder for over 15 years and have shopped loyally with this company since I was a child along with my Mom. I recommend this staff needs to be trained in customer service above all else. I worked in retail for 10 years and I would have been fired immediately if I spoke/treated a customer the way I experienced service there that day."

"This Marshall’s & HomeGoods combo store was good if you like clothes but lacked in home goods products. For example, it did not have much in furniture or rugs selections in comparison to other combo stores I have visited. This location also had a very very long line to pay which was due to not many registers open."
