"They are very unprofessional I had my receipt due to covid19 they wasn't doing returns at the time. I was told to keep receipt & packages which I did. I called time after time still no returns. So I called today they told me over the phone that they are now doing returns. I got there they wouldn't do nothing. That store have problems & head management is needed. Stop stealing fake stuff."

"Very very rude unprofessional and disrespectful. They will sell you damaged merchandise sealed in the package so you can't see then refuse to exchange even with a receipt and only seconds after walking out the door. My 4 year old was crying and heartbroken. Great job jerks!"

"I was disrespected I bought back a bag of popcorn and it was not fresh on my way to work and bought my receipt back the next day with the bag of popcorn to exchange the cashier reached into my bag of popcorn and said it was ok I said no it's not and why would you put your hand in my bag and then tell me it can't be exchanged I got upset he then walked away to another customer not finishing our conversation and asked me to leave the store I called customer service they never responded to the situation they said 7 to 10 business days didn't hear anything from them at all and I kept my receipt and popcorn to let them know I was only upset because he has been handling money and should not have done that.... still no response"

"If I could give zero stars I would. The most horrible customer service I've ever seen! The supposedly manager "Don" takes it upon himself to see if a product being returned "really works" our side and then proceeds to refuse the product, even though that is not company policy. They need a whole new crew of just to be shut down."
