"Great experience on a night of traveling with children! Large and clean room with amenities. Nice continental breakfast, super friendly staff, etc. Hotel is in a nice area, and close to lots of shopping, restaurants, and right off Rte. 80"
"The location was perfect for our needs, the service was mediocre. It was more so the rude staff. We were in out of town, had not seen family in years, and at 11:05 we got told rudely that at 11pm we couldn’t access the lobby with seating. We were the only people in the place, not being disturbing at all. Just bad vibe. Rooms weren’t cleaned. Sheets and towels stained and were gross. It’s still a Marriott we expected a higher standard for the price. We could only access coffee until 10, then we’re told we could only have a hot chocolate at the front. (We’re from Utah so those things are usually normal, but to this extent it was a little wild) staff was just offish, rude, and an odd vibe. Zero hospitality at this hotel, let’s put it that way."
"The hotel does not smell clean. The first room they checked us into smelled like dead animals. The bed linens are shabby for the price as if I was in motel 6. Front desk was very courteous. Breakfast was not so good as compared to the Youngstown Fairfield Marriott. Bathroom tub was clogged Overall too pricey for the quality"
"If you are looking for the perfect place to stay while in Grove City TownePlace Suites is just the thing. Located RIGHT NEXT to the outlet mall and in the heart of all the eatery, there is no better hotel to stay at. They have breakfast every day and the gym and pool are well worth it. So make your reservation... you won't be mad."
"We just stopped here overnight. Great location and I loved the room. Beds were super comfy. Room was a great set up especially if you were there for a few nights. Lots of room. I’d stay again Staff were nice (anyone I encountered). And we had a dog with us too"
