"Blue Haven completed our in-ground gunite pool installation at the end of May 2022. Learning about the equipment and balancing the pool chemicals was a little nerve wrecking at first. My greatest fear is waking up to a green pool! However, when I did have a concern about the pool pump operating correctly, Blue Haven responded immediately, the same day to be exact. James arrived within a couple of hours and explained when and where I should be concerned about air bubbles in the pool pump. Thankfully, the bubbles in the pump basket were normal. After hearing horror stories about Pool Builders, I feel even more confident that I made the right decision selecting Blue Haven to build my pool. Thanks for providing prompt customer service!"

"****** You've been warned ******* Save your money and don't use this company. After paying over $100,000 for a pool we have had two separate leaks and both lights had to be replaced. They had to tear our pool deck up twice because of their bad work. Now we opened the pool for the year putting that all behind us and the pool heater doesn't work. Got an email from them that they are understaffed and they will get to us when they get to us for warranty work. Nothing like having disappointed kids! I don't know how this place is still in business. They have terrible communication and obviously hire out to the lowest bidder. They threw our pool together with many problems. ***Update**** Blue Haven came out with the manufacturer of the pool heater. Turns out Blue Haven installed a heater for natural gas and not a heater for propane that we run our house off of. Add to the long list of stuff that Blue Haven dropped the ball on."
