"Brand New store, neat, clean and well stocked. That part deserves 5 stars. Customer service on the other hand... No greeting. I asked for a balloon and she said they were out of the one I wanted and when I asked about getting a different one, she wanted me to buy one that was already blown up. We had looked at those and there weren't any in there we wanted. I could tell she just didn't want to do it. Instead of insisting I just told her never mind. It seems they never want to make balloons."
"The place is nice but the employees aren’t. I was doing the line when it was my turn the lady told me to go to the other side and I did then she was like next in line as soon as I moved. She should have give me a reason why she told me to go the other side instead she helped out the other customers who was behind me."
