"DO NOT BUY MEAT FROM THIS LOCATION! I purchased packaged lamp chops here on 12/20/23. Upon taking them out the package I was hit with a horrible rotten egg smell. I checked the meat and saw they were GREEN on the back. I returned the meat and no apologies were given nor shock by the associate, just my refund. This same incident occurred in October with a rack of pork ribs. Upon return of that meat, the associate sarcastically said they would probably put it back on the shelf to sell. I should have taken heed. I will be contacting L&I, Coorporate, and some other media outlets. It's only a matter of time before someone gets severely ill if they haven't already."

"The lady working in the Deli is rude as hell. I got to the store as soon as they opened. When I got to to Deli section, I could here the woman saying, I'm about to go smoke, & then she turns around & see me. She starts yelling to whoever is in the back, I can't even go smoke, there's a customer here at 7:00 on the dock. She yells this a few times before finally turning around & asking what would I like. As she is slicing my meat, I hear her say, if you give me attitude, I'll give one back. Keep in my mind I didn't say anything bad to the lady, nor did I have a rude tone while placing my order. When she handed me, my order, I said thank you & she just stared at me. I told her, I hope you have a better day & she just started yelling. I can scanned the previous reviews & I see past complaints about a Deli lady. I'm sure it's the same one. I'm a regular & several of the workers there can tell you I'm always nice & pleasant. This was an awful experience."

"The woman at the deli needs a new attitude and she needs to learn the definition of shaved!! If you can't do the job you're hired to do find another! And she has the nerve to be nasty about it too!! There's too many other stores to purchase lunch meat! Sheesh"

"I ordered a cake 1 week in advance from the bakery. When I showed up to pick up my cake with my yellow purchase slip. I was questioned whether I had actually paid in full and what register I had used . and they could not find my cake or their copy of the receipt. After waiting 30min for my preordered cake. I was handed a cake that did not look like it was finished . And at my daughters party the cake also was not the correct flavor, I ordered yellow. I know for a fact Keith the manager just handed me a random cake and did not address the issue appropriately. Very disappointed in this service."
