"Disgusting customer service on the phone and every single thing I was told from them was a lie. They said 2-3 weeks for delivery. I paid and immediately the next day they said it’s going to arrive. They said 2-3 weeks so I planned accordingly. I was told in text to cancel by 2:00PM that day. I called that morning and was told it’s too late. From when I paid, it was less than 24 hours to delivery. Other tenants live at that house. I was told they can’t cancel, it’s too late. I I filled email instructions AND followed text instructions and BOTH OF THOSE WERE LIES. Joke of a company. How am I in the wrong when I did everything possible to cancel? I emailed immediately and called before deadline mentioned."
