"Maybe it’s been awhile since I’ve been to the movies theaters. The snack/drink prices for this theater are outrageous. To make it worst their not even putting the money back into the theater. The seating is recliners with the cheap fake leather that was all pealed off the seating area. I would not recommend this theater and will not be going back. Since it will not let me attach, a large popcorn was $11, Medium soda $7.50, and box of candy $6."
"I'm glad we have a large theater in the Springfield area with reservable, reclining seats. The only negative here is that hot food takes about 20 minutes and seems to be partly due to understaffing. But the popcorn is good and there are lots of candy options."
"I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but the service for the concession lines was so bad. We waited for 25 minutes and they kept switching cashier lanes so we just ended up getting cut off even though we were there first. The seats were also extremely worn which was kind of gross. Overall, not bad, but I can’t say I would go back."
"This is one of my favorite theaters in the area. It’s clean, normally isn’t too crowded, and is conveniently located in the mall. My favorite part is probably the seats, which completely recline and are much more comfortable and spacious than your average theater seat. Overall, I’d recommend this location other Regals in the area."
