"Rules/requirements dont match MWR website and facility rules are what is followed not what is on website guidelines. Asked for more guidelines at the facility and they didn't even know where their guidelines were. So not helpful. Nice pool but access and what is shared on website for the public is grossly mismanaged and no interest in attempting to correct what is advertised on the MWR website."

"Rules are not enforced 100% of the time (and there are a long list of rules) which makes it really hard when you have young kids. A 3 year old being told they can not do something (like play with a toy in the water or hold on to their daddy’s back) 15 min after they have already been playing with said toy is just asking for a meltdown. We were also told 45 min into our swim that our 3 year old could not wear a bandaid in the pool (a bandaid that she had on the whole time and no one else said anything about). At that point we had had enough and were leaving. The manager shook her head in disapproval at us as we left which is something you should never ever do at a parent that has a young child which is having a meltdown. Very very disappointing……"
