"Bad customer service, I bought my ticket with them, as you know, right now we are in a global pandemic and I cannot leave the country I am traveling in because the airport is closed, I just called so they could give me the Avianca phone number from there in the USA and they would give me A man answered today 03/18/2020, very reprehensible, he started yelling at me and telling me that this was not their problem and using very bad adjectives, he hung up on me three times and in the end I told him that he was very rude and not He let me talk and he wasn't calling to claim any money so he would let me talk, I just needed the Avianca number from there in the US because from here in Peru they don't answer, bad experience, I will never buy from them again"
