SAS Scandinavian Airlines

"Seem to have had a different experience than those flying out of here before using SAS. I got a ticket deal that made this trip very affordable, and given some of the reviews I had heard, I was reluctant, but have to say I was surprised at how well everything went. The service at the gate was good in most cases. I think my one bad experience actually was from an airport employee and not a SAS airline employee. The plane was very clean and was much nicer than I expected. In the case of the planes that we took when flying across the Atlantic ocean, there were screens in the backs of the seats. There were plenty of actual fun games installed, we had the ability to view cameras mounted under the plane as well as on the tail. We were also able to see our progress, speed, altitude, etc. There were movies and tv shows included which were actually newer shows and movies that you would actually want to watch. The screens were also used to display safety information as well as note announcements and things like that. It was a very neat setup. For the short flights the planes were standard as to what you might expect from most major airlines. Planes were still clean and service was still great. Depending on the length of the flight, we were served meals which were actually hot and tasted good. This was actually very surprising. Didn't think I would be scraping stuff off the bottom of the container because it was that good. Staff was excellent and did a good job. Overall I have to say I had an excellent experience. For all that I heard, I didn't experience anything bad from SAS and would fly with them again in the future."

"Flying with Sas Scandinavian Airlines its. It easy there rudeness after check in the lady wigh my carry on bag and was fine but come to the boarding I had a down big down jacket coming from frost temps and going back to dc 22C he threatened me I had to pay over 100 dollars I took out the jacket and said it will be the same if I have a jacket on I suddenly asked for my I’d even given I’d on 3 check points to get to plane he should try to deescalate and show some danish hospitality a middle age Dane with glases and no commen senses Well on flight back food was really something else pour quality band bread was dry at most the once proud air line is on a same level like US airline ie United …fly our bad sky … Snacks on board pricy and entertainment was older movies nothing new but it was a options to see and dwell down time Young landing a meal was supposed to be a sandwich but again nothing special Picking up my luggage Iit was removed from carousel due to long line in customs I pulled my suitcase and could feel it was sinking in the shell was busted in I saw to people working for star alliance  A.Noori him and his partner with a SAS brief case look and took a photo suddenly tell me I have to do the paperwork online dispite it says u have to do in airport if available…they were but layzy …I left airport and tried multiple time and finally called and the ask me to come back to airport after I was back and fourth even called airline company and got the run around I gave up because the keep telling me I was out of time 7 days had passed despite phone calls and error messages on the filing screen i can’t recommend this airline Scandinavian airlines…"
