"they don't do anything this is a fake place that says they do legal services for those who are low income. You can have a case and they know you have a case but they will tell you they don't take them cases,but they say on there website they handle them cases. Calling them or filling out there application is a waste of your time. Pointless"

"Their receptionist/assistant is rude. She kept insisting I was asking for legal advice when after she rudely told me "the law" and kept cutting me off when I was simply asking for a referral since she couldn't or rather refused to help."

The person I deal with, Roberta, did nothing but make me feel as if I was wasting her time. I wonder if certain groups of people have better results than others. I will say they did a great job in alienating the victim. I get that they may be overwhelmed with work, but that's the job that was agreed to. If they don't like it, they should find something else and employ sympathetic, caring people."
