"I would not have picked any stars if the survey would have allowed due to the unprofessional accounts of your agent Joshua Richardson. From the very beginning when I booked this trip with my co-worker, SHE did all the work. She collected the money, advised the clients in our party and made sure the "Bon Voyage" party was hosted appropriately. Your agent did absolutely nothing but show up with some tacky gifts from his junk drawer. Literally from his junk drawer ie: a pair of old headphones in a freezer bag, a computer mouse with the cord wrapped around it and some post it notes. And had the nerve to give her some golf balls...really. It was understood that there were to be some parting gifts or upgrades for the hostess, there was nothing. His excuse was it depends on the cruise line if they give parting gifts. Well if he knew that then he should not have even mentioned gifts or upgrades until he was sure they would be provided. I hope his behavior is not indicative of the cruise because if so this is going to suck big time."
