"There was no urgency to respond to emails. I had a terrible experience working with them. It seemed like this was just a job on the side. It was very unorganized and ended up costing me way more money than if I were to plan it myself. There were problems I experienced at the airport with extra charges and this agency acted like there was nothing they could do despite them being the ones who booked everything. Then they stopped answering any emails. I would highly suggest booking with someone else save yourself the time and money."

When our 2020 trip was canceled due COVID AESU sent me a Full refund on my land package and they assisted me with getting my refund from the airline. Not only can I highly recommend their trips - they are one of very few companies that gave full refunds during this pandemic. They get my thumbs up,"

"DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I have tried to be patient with them in receiving my refund for a cancelled trip however they purposely keep telling me that my refund will be issued "soon" to pacify me. By contacting the airline booked through the company on my own today, I found out that AESU did not provide sufficient information in order for me to receive a refund from the airline and that another refund request has to be sent which will take an additional couple of weeks to process. Unacceptable."

This was after 9 weeks of waiting on the refund. I call and no one answers the phone. Seriously, they are out of business, apparently. This is not a fake, untrue or spam review."
