"I have been using this Falls Church. VA location for years now for oil changes mainly but would use them for any of the other services they offer for my car. All of the employees are nice and some fun to have a regular conversations with . There is one employee, I believe is the manager who always give excellent customer service with explaining all aspects of the service they provided for my vehicle."

"It was my first time at Jiffy Lube, and I had an overall - A good experience. I called ahead for Availability and was told to come right over. The phone agent was very friendly. When you arrive, the sign says to leave your car and the rest is taken care of. The facility was clean. I waited for about 7-8 minutes before I was greeted by anyone which I thought was a bit strange - but once I was greeted, everything else was smooth sailing. Mr. Walter went over my options for an oil change and the different pricing and had me out of there in less than 20 minutes total. It beats waiting 90 minutes at my dealership for sure. Mr. Walter walked me to my car and the mechanics waved ggoodbye. Very nice and friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be back. It was convenient and saved me a lot of time."

"Tire sabotage. Came without appointment on a Sunday morning. No communication whatsoever from anyone working. No checking in, no questions as to what I needed or how I could be helped. So I just sat down in the waiting room hoping someone was available. When someone actually walked in I asked if I needed to do anything and was told no, then the guy immediately left again. I had parked in the closest lot though and apparently wasn't even in the queue. So I waited at least 20 minutes without even knowing if there was a line, let alone that I wasn't even in it. Then someone else just walks in and asked for my keys, no explanation, no communication, and then walks away. Another 5 minutes go by before another guy with a scowl asks what I'm here for. Been here for 45 minutes at this point and it's the first actual greeting I get. Then when I ask a question about the oil change I want, I get clapped back with more grouchiness. The actually oil change was probably fine but I'm fairly sure the guy only used synthetic oil because it was more expensive and not because, as he curtly told me, that my car required it. Go somewhere else if you want better service and not to be treated like a faceless pain in their side just for showing up. Also found out when I got home that they had messed with my tires. Over inflated a single tire in the front and rear of my vehicle, 7 psi over specs, while under inflating the other two by 7 psi. It was only an oil change. Why would they only inflate two tires? Why deflate two tires? Why touch the tires at all?"
