"They get the job done fast many times i come after work and they squeeze me in a quick brake job or oil change. I drive lyft and uber and need frequent oil changes or just a look see if something acts funny on truck. No problems from me."

"I haven't had any problems. I have gotten oil changes, brakes, and transmission oil changed. I come with my own parts i bought and just pay for labor. I purposely find the best quality parts at my price then have them install. I find that best to argue price when its just labor involved. If not you may be arguing over quality or oil and component installed on you vehicle instead."

"This is the Auto Services Center across the street from the Toyota Dealer. Very Shady Business Practices Over-Charges for incompetence, gets distracted too easily, Poor customer service and tries to adjust the agreed upon price once labor is finished. Avoid at all costs (literally)."

"Crooked Mechanics....Overcharge you for parts. You will take your car to have one thing fixed they will fix it and mess up something else. They will play with your engine so your check engine light will pop on a few days after they repair your car. When you bring the vehicle back to them they will try to convince you that you need more repairs so they can charge you more money. They take advantage of women and people who are not car savvy. They know you don't know anything about cars and will use that to there advantage and milk you for as much money as possible. DO NOT go to this shop unless you know cars, don't take there word for anything. I took my dodge stratus to them to fix, dished out close to $1000 dollars for minor repairs and 2 days later my engine light was on and i was stuck in the street. Took my car to my regular mechanic and he told me nothing was wrong with my engine, and he explained everything KI's Auto TRIED to do. They were not pleased that they didnt get away with it. If your thinking about stopping there keep driving"
