"The supermarket itself is great. Produce is great, hot food is good and meat selection is fine. My complaint is about the cashiers and customer service. Twice in leas than 24 hours the cashiers have proven to be useless. I pointed out to the young man that I has three diet cokes and read the sign as buy two get one free. He heard me and said discount would be taken at the end. Cashed out and looked at the bill and asked him why the discount wasn’t taken he sent me to customer service who in turn sent me to another customer service and had to wait 10 minutes for him to tell me what the darn cashier should have said “buy two and get two free. Go get another case lady!” Today the same thing happened to my partner. The darn cashier didn’t say “hey tomorrow is 50 cents off per gallon buy your $1500 of gift card tomorrow”. Then he went to customer service to get $ back to come back tomorrow and was told NO. Come on people this is customer service”. Just do it."
"Tried twice in 3 days to get an item that was on sale, but you have to buy 2 to get the sale price, both times they only had 1 in stock, almost no carts inside, and still a bunch of teenage workers standing around doing nothing"
"I come here often because it's close to my kid's daycare and I don't love our town supermarket. The employees are all super helpful. Even most of the young ones that work here are polite and respectful. I just ordered my son's bday cake, and the women in the bakery were great. They ran out of an ingredient and checked to see what I wanted to do, and it ended up being the best cake ever, completely delicious."
