"We have played twice - both times were mostly enjoyable! Unfortunately for the second time, our game master was new and admittedly didn't know our room well. Despite entering the final portion of our game with 20 minutes left, we needed a clue and were unable to receive any guidance. Sadly, we were unsuccessful in our game - that was extremely disappointing. Otherwise, we had a great time and felt the room was a ton of fun. Even if the game master is new, ideally they would be provided with resources/insights to guide the room so patrons can be successful in their endeavors. We will acknowledge at one point in our game - the GM did call the owner who was away who gave us a clue via FaceTime (that was 1 clue of the 3 we were allowed)."
