"I have been calling for over a week to schedule an appointment, left messages, that were never returned. FINALLY spoke to someone today, who was 1) rude, and 2) placed me on "hold" (meaning she hung up on me), three times. Establishments like this won't be around long. It is a shame, because I wanted to bring my stepdaughter in for a treat, and maybe even see about holding her birthday party. But that won't happen. Awful experience, and I never even walked through the door."

"Place is beautiful staff is RUDE. My four year old daughter was left sitting in a chair for 15 mins. Her nails was wet. The lady that was doing my daughter's nails got up and just left. After my daughter was sitting there for 5 mins. I asked where did the young lady go. I was told she left her shift was over. So she left my daughter sitting there with wet nails. She did not even put her under the dyer. 10 more mins later another young lady came to finish up. I paid 75 dollars for the BFF package. That included 30 mins of karaoke. However it was cut short to 10 mins. They didn't give them dress up time. That also was included in the package. It was just horrible service I mean horrible!!! The house look very nice,clean, and well decorated. However the staff is HORRIBLE!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT GO HERE. One of the managers did ask to give my niece and daughter cupcakes. That a customer left from another party for the horrible service. My suggest is to go to Sweet Pea Kids Spa you won't regret."

"I booked a slumber spa party. The package was a little pricey but worth every penny spent. The staff was very kind accommodating. The spa is cozy and designed beautifully. My daughter kept saying it looks like a Barbie doll castle. I will definitely return."

"Took my daughter and her friend here for her birthday last minute. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly once we arrived for the appointment. the decor is extremely girly and age appropriate. The girls loved this place."

"My daughter and her friend had a birthday party here a few weeks ago and they still raving about it. At first I wasn't sure if I wanted to book at this location because of the general Parkville area. However, when I did my party consult. I was very impressed with the décor and party lights everywhere. It is very beautiful and girly inside. My husband kept saying he felt an overdose of girlyness and he though it was perfect for our daughter. He doesn't usually hang out at birthday parties with us but he stayed with us the entire time and took pictures. My daughter keeps asking us to set her room up like the spa. Karaoke was included with my contract and they let us stay even after the party was over. This was more than I expected because most places don't let you hang out after the party is over. Staff was very patient and friendly with the girls even when the girls got carried away with karaoke. We enjoyed all of the spa services. highly recommend will definitely return."
