"The negative reviews are warranted. Thank goodness the movie was wonderful. I visited with my family on Christmas Day. My cousin remarked that they hadn't made upgrades to the theater in over 20 years. It was definitely not worth the lengthy drive. The theater was not clean. The seats were not the luxurious ones you would expect when visiting a theater in 2023. I could see if this was a $5 discount theater, but the ticket was still $15, and that's not including the convenience fees for purchasing online. I would recommend visiting only if every other theater is sold out and you're absolutely desperate to see a movie."

"Pleasant staff and clean establishment. They still have not upgraded their seating, which accounts for the 3 stats. Not very comfortable, particularly for the longer movies."

"Sorry, but come on - the seats are so uncomfortable. They’re very straight back, don’t recline at all, and aren’t stadium. The person’s head in front of me blocked the screen even though I was far back in the theatre. And the screen had a bright, distracting blotch on it. Also a normal sized water bottle was $6??? Bold."

"Well, the movie was great, but the overall experience, not so much. Theater 12 smells really musty and damp. Several people commented the same, who were not sitting with us that night. Then a ceiling tile landed on the seat next to mine. Had I been under it, I might not be writing this. More crazy was that no one from the theater was aware, which tells me they don't watch the theaters during a movie. Gone are those days. When we told the desk, it was taken all in stride. I think that's the way it is. Bring a hard hat with you."

"We saw Spiderman Across the Spider verse. The screen was a very nice size and curvature. However, the volume was low and detracted from the excitement of the movie I discovered. I never like the volume too high and this was definitely audible but somewhat it just made the movie feel smaller-music and all The theater seats didn't recline and were closer together than I've grown accustomed to. There is plenty of leg room for between rows though. The theater complex is very attractive and well maintained. The rest rooms are great"
