"There's really nothing wrong with this hotel for a nice, clean, low frills stay. All the staff I had interactions with were very pleasant. My issues with service were that if I wasn't out of my room somewhere between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m., I didn't receive any room service, so I had no room service for my 4-day stay. If you like breakfast, you need to get there early. I'm fairly certain there are some items that do not get refilled regardless of how early they are emptied. Every morning I would go downstairs for coffee around 8:00 and when we would come down to eat around 9:15 the selection was thinned out. They started taking things apart as much as half an hour before breakfast was supposed to be over."

"First when we got there, I asked if I can use the bathroom in a nice way oh she was like oh you have to wait because the reservations are at 3:00 have to wait until a 3:00 p.m. to use the bathroom.then she said oh we a lot of attitude ... " the key there " it's open somebody got the key there, This place just canceled my bf's reservation for no reason, NO REASON AT All WHEN HE BOOKED ONLINE... then we asked what was the reason and they didn't had one, then as he said "because I'm white"?!...then the 2 "women" said "get out" and then he asked a few minutes to wait the taxi because it's so cold, they still throwing us out until the last second and even threatening us on calling the police when we haven't done anything...then when I finally said something the one with the braids said: MIND YOUR BUSINESS "...I said: it's my business because I'm with him and if we made the reservations online was because of me, my bf and I came here from the city 2 hours away because he is going to work and I have to wait on him at the hotel...this " people " are the RUDEST ever...it seems like white people or latinos are not welcome...my bf is white Latino and I'm light skin."

"I worked with them to reserve a room block for my wedding guests. I was mostly communicating with Inez and Jenah. They were so helpful and even went out of their way to decorate our room the night of our wedding. They were always understanding when I called them to figure out some logistics as I called them the most out of all the people we worked with for our wedding. At first, because we’re not from the area we were very worried about this hotel, whether it would be clean and we didn’t have any time to check it out beforehand. This hotel is very very clean and looks like it was just renovated. In my opinion it was cleaner than any Marriott or Hilton I stayed at recently for weddings. Many of my guests who are older folks said that this was the most comfortable bed they had at a hotel. It’s also awesome that unlike other hotels the whole room isn’t covered in carpet, it makes a big difference in feeling of cleanliness. Breakfast was excellent and def recommend if you’re using for a room block situation as your guests will appreciate a breakfast after your party. Overall can’t thank this hotel enough. Stay here!"

"I came to NY for the first time for work and my stay here was GREAT! All the staff members were very professional and friendly. Maria was a great assistance when my stay became extended. I appreciate the convenience of the location. Room was clean and well taken care of. This will be my "go-to" place when I come to work in NY."

"Stayed last night and we were so pleased. The room was clean and so was the pool. The pool was small but great for a short swim. The service was excellent and Rachele was a stand out. She was so kind and accommodating. Continental breakfast was very enjoyable. My only complaint was the coffee but I am a coffee snob. My son loved the late night hot chocolate."
