"Yes I dropped my sushi after leaving just after 5mins but GEEZ. You could have remade it for me, knowing that dropping your food is tragic. The $12-13 would not hurt your business. I literally had just left and the guy remembered me, but the manager said no because I had made it home (i live 3mins away). I hate when management doesn’t care about the customer!"

"Normally everything is pretty good, but when the lady took my order and got it I called her to tell her about my order and she flipped out. This isn't the 1st time this has happened. She kept repeating the same thing over and over again in my ear super loudly. She doesn't like to take accountability or apologize. I always go there and spend a lot of money buying multiple food orders from here. We'll see if that changes. Hope she can get her attitude in check."
