"A breath of fresh air! I will not forget the kindness ya'll have shown me today. I will keep you in mind the next time I need auto repair. Summary: Although they don't normally fix flat tires, they made an exception for me and went above and beyond. Support local businesses! Long Story: I got a flat tire on Saturday, 1/8 and changed over to the spare to get home. I had plans that night, so I didn't have time to take my tire to a shop to get it fixed. On Sunday noon, 1/9, I dropped my tire off at the local Mavis Discount Tires - big mistake. They have high reviews and are tire specialists, so I expected decent service. I waited a day and a half to have my tire plugged by Mavis. They lied to me twice over the phone, telling me my tire was ready. When I went in to pick up my tire today, they apologized and asked me to give them a little more time, so I agreed. After sitting in their waiting area for 1.5 hours this afternoon, I found out they haven't even started working on my tire. I asked them to give me my tire back and sped off. I immediately started looking for alternative places and called a few. I called Voorhees Auto Repair and they told me they don't normally fix flat tires, but after hearing my horror story, they agreed to help me out. They were very professional and friendly. I waited no more than 15 minutes for my tire to be plugged. The price was very fair, I would have likely paid a lot more at Mavis. They installed the tire back onto the car for me free of charge. After having my day ruined by Mavis, these guys really brightened it. I thanked them for their help, got back into my car and noticed a sheet of paper underneath my feet. They placed the sheet of paper over my floor mat to prevent it from getting dirty. I have never been happier about the auto service I was provided. I will definitely be back. Ditch the auto service franchises and come here. These guys are awesome!"
