"I took my car after I had a Check engine light on, to have it completely inspected. I expected the outcome to inform all the possible issues and recommendations with the code. But their analysis was completely inaccurate. I need to again take it to a local auto shop to get the issue resolved. I lost the trust on their multi point inspection and diagnostics. Better to choose another place."
"After picking up my car after hours, I found the same oil change sticker on the windshield as when I brought it in. The dash was still blinking that service was needed so I had to check the oil myself to ensure it was actually changed. My bill also reflected that I had declined recommended services when no one called to recommend anything to me. I'm not sure what happened but this isn't the level of service I expect from a dealer. Three stars because the oil was actually changed and tires rotated and a paper floor mat was used to keep the floor clean."

"Clean place and friendly workers. Follwed social distancing guidelines and washed my car. A little disappointing about not having a cup of coffee but kinda understand why the machine may have been turned off. Only suggestion is a polite note about it may be nice or notice to customer when appointment is booked. Early morning coffee is important to some of us. Lol Other than that minor thing I was very please with the service."
"The service department head Jamie and my service representative Anthony treat every customer like they are their most important customer. They both kept me very well informed and have gone out of their way to put me at ease. As a mother of two young children, their ability to keep me updated and get me in and out as quickly as possible has been amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else for cars or service."
