"I wish I could give zero stars. I don't even know where to start. First of all, this store is TINY! There are too many people that go here. The one in South Riding is HUGE and no one shops there. Also, annoying kids hang out here and the employees won't do anything. The Harris Teeter products are the cheapest store products EVER! I bought Harris Teeter parchment paper, and the box just fell apart. It was probably held together with Elmer's Glue. Also, the bread bags from the bakery are extremely hard to open. There is a tiny tie with at least 2 layers of tape. If you try to open it without scissors, 2 of the 4 loaves go flying to the ground. Also, it is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE! Half of a cake costs $12. You could get a whole cake from Walmart for much less. Also, they don't restock items during the day. So if you go after work, you will find nothing you need.Do not shop here. You're better off going to Walmart or Giant."

"Hi, I ordered two pizzas in Harris Teeters in Stone Ridge Village Center - Aldie around 2:30 pm ET today. So, I waited for 20 minutes for my two pizzas. The person who took my order left, so a new person came. She took my pizza, put it in a box, and gave it to another person asking for a Cheese pizza. I told her it was my pizza before she gave it to another person, but she did not care and gave my pizza to another person. She told me to wait 15 minutes more. When the person who took my order returned, I told him she had given my pizza to another person, and he said, "I am sorry." Guys, please be friendly with the customers. Do not be rude and let a person wait another 15 minutes. Terrible."

"I needed a housewarming gift for a friend and Sandra did such a good job with helping me create a flower bouquet and present it beautifully in a vase and tied with a ribbon. She was so nice and helpful. Will definitely be coming back to her for my future flower needs."
