"We had a consultation with Brad Bassi a few weeks ago. We let him know that we did want to hire him to help with some elder law issues. Since the original consultation, I have contacted his office at least five times asking what I needed to do to move forward. I usually speak with Lisa, and I have never received a return call. I spoke with Jerri today, and simply asked if they wanted my business or not. She said someone would contact me, but, as usual, that didn't happen. So, it is quite clear that Brad doesn't want my business. Just wish he had said that from the beginning so I wouldn't have wasted close to a month to find another attorney.
