"Mr. Cooper turned out to be a disappointment. My son hired him to handle his divorce, but he never received the services for which he paid $1300. Once Mr. Cooper got the money, he became difficult, and mostly impossible, to reach. It took him 3 months to prepare the complaint for limited divorce, a mere 2 pages, and after 4 weeks it was never filed. He has failed to offer any explanation for his unprofessional behavior or any refund."
