"They're usually great! I just hate when they don't put extra sauce on my pizza when I pick the option online. That's my only gripe. It's important, though, because when I want unhealthy food I want it to be the way I want it. I usually order 2 large pies. So that's alot of disappointment, lol."

"Try too place an order the guy who was working tonight had me on hold 15-20 mins each time I called back.!! Didn’t even get too place an order because he didn’t feel like doing his job. He had an accent but I understood him and he understood me….why have a job if you don’t feel like working. I shouldn’t have too keep calling back trying too place an order that’s ridiculous never will try too order from here again"

"My Mom and I ordered 2 pizzas and fries for curbside pickup, as we were pulling into their parking lot. They took the order and asked for a description of our car. We waited half an hour for our food, but when no one brought it out, we called their automated system and it said our order was ready. Ten minutes later, we were still waiting. I called and was left on hold while someone said they'd get the manager. II waited ten more minutes. No one ever picked up. During this time, they only had one other customer come out with food, so they weren't even busy. I finally called and canceled the order, since I didn't want food that had been sitting on the counter for at least half an hour, getting cold."

"Pizza Hut is vastly underrated. These pizzas were well topped, well cooked and well seasoned. We enjoyed them even reheated. Solid pizza. Solid value. Great service. Speedy preparation. I am disappointed that you can't get parmesan and red pepper flakes. Like, PH - you don't make enough money to charge us?? Overall, incredibly happy. I will go again."
