"(1) I WOULD'VE HAVE GIVEN THEM "0" stars if possible. I HAVE USED MOORE AUTOMOTIVE ONCE BEFORE. I DEALT WITH ED......I explained that I was new to area and didn't have a way to get back home while they had my car to give me an estimate. He stated that he would bring me home and pick me back up when he was finished. MIND YOU, I ONLY LIVE ABOUT 10 MINS AWAY AND I DIDN'T HAVE ANY ISSUES AT THIS TIME. . (2) THIS TIME ON 3/24/23 I HAD AN ISSUE WHERE I ENDED UP CALLING THE POLICE DEPT. I NEEDED AN ESTIMATE AGAIN AND HE TOLD ME THE SAME THING. THAT HE'LL BRING ME HOME AND PICK ME BACK UP. Well, that was 12:30pm on 3/24/23. I waited and he NEVER came or called. Now, I call back and they're closed. Today 3/25/23 I called @ 8:59 am, no answer, so I left a msg. @ 9:44am I left another vm stating I NEED MY CAR., NEED MY CAR . He returned my call @ 9:55am saying he tried to call me 5x's yesterday and left me a vm. WHICH WAS A BLATANT LIE!!! SAID I GAVE HIM THE WRONG #. AS IF I DON'T KNOW MY OWN #. I'VE HAD THE SAME # OVER 20 YRS......I SAID I NEED MY CAR AND WHEN COULD HE BRING IT? HE SAID HE'LL BRING IT TO ME IN AN HOUR. WELL AN 1.5 Hrs GO BY and NOW IT'S "11:16am" and HIS BRO. STATES HE JUST LEFT TO BRING ME MY CAR. WELL 45 MINS LATER I STILL DON'T HAVE MY CAR. I CALL BACK AND S/W HIS BRO AGAIN TOLD HIM INEED MY CAR AND I DIDN'T WANT TO HAVE TO CALL THE POLICE. HERE IT IS 12:15PM AND I DON'T HAVE MY CAR..... (XX) I DID END UP CALLING THE WILLINGBORO POLICE DEPT. I HAD A NEIGHBOR TAKE ME TO GET MY CAR AND "ED" TRIED GIVING ME A BS LINE THAT HE COULDN'T FIND MY HOUSE. I KNEW HOW TO GET TO MY HOUSE WHEN HE DROPPED ME OFF AND HE HAD MY INS. and REGISTRATION IN THE CAR WITH MY ADDRESS........ ((( I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE )))"

"Good morning. I had the Most unprofessional service encounter EVER. This owner Ed Moore and his silent investor uncle from portico italian restaurant in Burlington city. Never tried to complete the service. I had my wifes Mercedes gl450 serviced at location. Couple months ago. Afterwards she told me she kept hearing a noise, brought it back he was nice. Then admitted he didnt do that job often. Timing chain was never correctly done by him. I went back again, he said he can do it. We agreed a weeks time, and I rented a car, 3 weeks went by, I just left this place today he gave car back not fixed and called cops on me for not taking car. I need a receipt to prove he did work on it. He refused. I wish I can find a mechanic who respects our neighborhood and not take our money out of neighborhood and get rich off US. Please dont patronize this business or portico Italian restaurant both on 130 north. Don't say no one didn't warn you."
