"Very rude when inquiring about a ride that’s 10 mins from my house to the train station, I was met with rudeness, a man kept talking over me before I finished my question and when he finally stopped trying to rush me off the phone, I got snappy and short responses. I just moved to the area. So I googled taxi cabs in Clinton and this was the first place I seen. I don’t own a car as of now the horrible customer service experience loss a potentially long service relationship."
"Had an appointment to keep, so I called back to ask if he was able to find a driver and confirm a pickup time. Loud and disrespectful. Refused to provide a time the driver will be there. Never heard of a car service unable to provide a pickup time. Never again, use another service. Especially if your engagement has a time stamp, like most people do."
