"I recently moved from out of state and needed my car to be inspected once I changed my plates over. When I came in for my apt, I was told the wait would not be long and to wait in the lobby. After 2 hours in their lobby I was finally informed that my car passed one part of the inspection, but not the other due to a light which needs to be ordered, along with 2 things that could be fixed same-day. I made it very clear that I was uncomfortable leaving without my full inspection as I drive to and from Philly daily, but they said the light will be in in 2 days and they’ll give me a call. I paid for everything in full (just shy of $1,000) and walked home. I was told I’d receive a call when my car was ready for pickup for the same-day repairs. I called the location 3 times about 1/2 hour prior to when they close as I did not hear from them since leaving, and there was no answer. Finally my husband was able to reach them and was told my car has been ready and can be picked up whoever. I waited a week and a half until my husband called for a status of the light. The part was in, but they never called even thought it has already been paid for. We made an appointment for 9:30am on my only day off for this to be fixed. I was again told it won’t be a long wait and to just wait in the lobby. After 2 hrs and 15min someone finally communicated to me they are trying to fix a wire and it shouldn’t be more than 15 more min. After another hour passed, which in that time they received a lunch food delivery, I finally mustered up the courage to ask what is going on. I entered the reception desk area and before I could ask, I was handed my keys and told that they have to do paperwork but I can take the car. I will not be returning as the communication at this location is extremely poor and unprofessional. They will not only waste my time, but yours too!"
