"Called for an appointment few weeks back. Was able to get one pretty fast surprisingly. Was told my transmission needed to be replaced was quoted 4 times the amount than any other place quoted me. Turns out after going to a local transmission shop it was a wire issue that was causing trans to slip. So not sure what they were quoting or trying to pull here. Always get multiple quotes before just letting a shop do work"

"After having a tire blow out on the highway, and taking it to a major chain to have it replaced, I got my car back with major problems- the first mechanic told me it was now not in drivable condition and needed to be towed away, and they had no clue how to fix it nor were they going to be held responsible for it. Didn't have a car for 3+ days, missed several days of work and nobody could figure out the problem. Reached out to Mike, who was at my house within hours of my first message - hooked the car up, reset the system and IT WAS COMPLETELY FIXED. We even did several test drives to make sure, and sure enough everything was running smoothly again.
