Little Caesars Pizza

"Just picked up my pizza. I ordered 1/2 with Hawaiian topping. The topping wasn't even close to being on 1/2 the pie n specifically said well done and it was barely regular done. Very disappointed!"

"Orders from this store are often wrong and severely undercooked, to the point where we have to put food in our own ovens so we can safely eat it. This has happened almost every time we've ordered here."

"If I could give a negative I would. Placed a mobile order, went to go pick it up after it’s been about 18 minutes. Went inside and when I first arrived he said it’s still in the oven (as he’s putting it in) Whatever, I’ll wait. 32minutes later he tells me he gave my pizza to the wrong person. So they have to make another. Well another 20 has passed and I’m home now. Got a notification it’s ready. No thank you! ever again. Thank god I placed a mobile order to not have to wait! What a joke."

"If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. I want to start by saying I have had two horrible experiences in the last week at this establishment. I would have stopped at one, however, I decided to give them another chance- and chalked it up to just poor service from the employees. I was there the other night and the cashier, one told me “this was going to be a problem” because they couldn’t find my order. Like she was BOTHERED by the online order. Instead of really looking- she stated there was “nothing there” with an attitude. The eventually did find my order online. Then I watched her taking another persons order, and walked away from the person- mid order. Then when she came back- she proceeded to pull out her cell phone and text while taking this woman’s order. Tonight I go back- the woman was better, albeit not the friendliest but, much more astute than the previous cashier. However this time, the pizza is COMPLETELY UNDERCOOKED. Marinara sauce so cold parts of it are frozen. The bread sticks are disgusting. At this point- this entire pizza is not edible and I wasted $14. Trash."

"What an embarrassment for the franchise owner and staff. Pickup order placed at 11:55am, estimated pickup time per email is 12:15-20. Arrive at 12:20, order tracker says order went in the oven at 12:21. So we're already behind, but I'm patient. At 12:31 the pizza is being boxed up. More waiting. At 12:40 I asked what takes so long to box up a pizza? At 12:55 I left. Not accepting a pizza sitting for over 20 minutes. I'm not sure if the app needs tweaking to better estimate pick-up times or the staff is incompetent but I'll never be back. I'll also be getting my money back first thing tomorrow."
