"Unprofessional experience. Brought in my VW for service. Made appointment week in advance and they knew make and year of car. Quoted $80 for service. When I showed up to pick up car bill was $230. They seemed surprised when I questioned the bill. They did things I didn’t ask for nor did they get permission. They claim that the oil my car needs was more than they anticipated. They charged $120 just for oil the Volkswagen dealership charges $50 for. I would highly recommend getting every thing in writing from them before they perform the service. It’s unfortunate because was looking for an alternative to getting my car serviced at the dealer. As far as the work goes I’m guessing it’s OK. But I won’t be going back. I found their attitude to be unprofessional and unapologetic for trying to charge three times what they initially quoted."
"I would give Amwell Automotive 10 Stars if I could!! They were spot on with everything! I had to reclaim my Shelby Cobra after 10 Months with one of their competitors and gave them the mess their competitor created. Amwell Auto researched every part with their vast knowledge and extensive network to get my vintage car back together. Since I have gotten the car back it now runs AMAZING and is LIKE NEW!!
